> **Pros**: The visibility it affords of our user's systems is crucial. It allows us to know when there is a problem before our users report it. Watchman Monitoring allows us to be proactive in our support and is one of the most valuable tools in our stack.

> **Cons**: Some of the notifications can be lacking in detail, or noisy if you don't configure them properly, but other than that, there are not major issues we have with the product.
