The product interface is intuitive making user adoption across teams easy. The product reporting functionality is self-serviced and provides the needed insights for both daily operations and critical decisions. The pricing model is transparent and fair. Their support team is responsive and knowledgeable. They consistently listen to customer feedback and actively enhance the product to better serve their users. Overall, Ntracts delivers an easy-to-use product, outstanding support, and real value. Highly recommend.

> **Pros**: New platform is user-friendly, very intuitive and nice to look at.

> **Cons**: About one month into the new product relaunch and so far, when compared to the prior version, everything is coming up roses.

> We first launched the prior version of NTRACTS in 2020. It was clunky, not user-friendly, looked old and the rollout was not what I dreamed of. NTRACTS leadership came back to the table and upgraded our experience to their new beta platform, and we just went live with the new version in July 2022.  Role creation, architecture, reporting - even project management and training - are tremendously improved.
