> **Pros**: I have been using it for about a year and it simplified by job by giving real time data on speech analysis . Customer calls can be analysed easily and very quickly with it. it also helps in finding root cause which helps us in making the chat bot more interactive and accurate. Its been very helpful in collecting and analysing data to automate the chat bot.

> **Cons**: Features are best but sometime it takes time to load the data dump.

> Airbnb has been in process of making chat bot more interactive  which can reduce the work load of customer services. The repeated questions could be answered by bot quickly which can save travellers time and employees work load.
