> **Pros**: I have experience edyoucated as a learner and an admin at my previous company, and I absolutely loved the hyper-personalized learning paths based on skills. Before starting the learning path, learners had to complete a short assessment, which made it incredibly easy for admins to evaluate their current standing and identify skill gaps. We also supplemented the online learning with a blended learning approach. The team at edyoucated was extremely supportive and helped us achieve the best possible results.
