> **Pros**: Su facilidad de uso, es muy intuitivo el uso y la configuración de las campañas para poder hacer los envíos, facilidad de personalización, de programar los envíos para poder mandar campañas a distintas horas.

Posibilidad de mandar push con imágenes y emoticonos y personalizar con subida de fichero a que clientes se manda la comunicación y que variables van en el texto (nombre, importe....)

Servicio de atención al cliente, siempre que preguntas o tienes alguna duda te responden de manera ágil y te dan solución al problema.

> **Cons**: Cuando el volumen de notificaciones enviadas es muy alto las estadísticas pueden dar algún problema a la hora de descarga, pero solo las más específicas, las más habituales y de acceso diario funcionan sin ningún problema.

> Mandamos comunicación push tanto a nivel comercial, como de servicio y como solución para la gestión de impagos en tarjeta.

Lo que marca la diferencia es la agilidad y facilidad que ofrecen para adaptar sus servicios a las carácterísticas propias de tu negocio. Ya he trabajado antes con otras plataformas de mayor tamaño pero con menos posibilidad de adaptación.
