Fantastic software for innovation competitions
Comments: All the experience with Selecteev has been great. The customer service was always there to support us, and with their help, we managed to solve the two problems we found. We will use their service again if we have to organize similar competitions in the future.
Pros:
Selecteev offered great flexibility, covered all our needs, and it’s easy to use. We built or competition in two weeks, and after completing the first phase of the competition, all our stakeholders are extremely satisfied with the results.
Cons:
We have only missed two things in Selecteev: A table-type answer. We managed to get the information in a very similar way, but the format is different from our initial objective. Modify the form for the second phase of the competition. We needed to create a new questionnaire for the second phase of our competition. In the end, we created a new platform in Selecteev, to solve this problem.

Comments: Offrir un accès personnalisé et digital pour les candidats au programme que je porte qui est aussi la même plateforme pour les évaluateurs (retour d'expérience très positif des évaluateurs sur la fluidité de la solution).
Pros:
La simplicité de prise en mains, tant pour l'administrateur pour paramétrer la plateforme, que pour les utilisateurs (candidats) et les évaluateurs.La richesse des fonctionnalités pour personnaliser la plateforme et tout concentrer (consignes, liens internet, formulaires, messagerie,...)
Cons:
La possibilité d'héberger des vidéos (éléments constitutifs du dossier de candidature), ce qui oblige les candidats à passer par une seconde solution.
Gain de temps et modernisation de nos process
Comments: Selecteev nous a permis de moderniser notre activité, de gagner en collaboration et en réactivité. Le gain de temps est indéniable et l'expérience utilisateur est très bonne. Nos usagers et partenaires y sont passés sans problème.
Pros:
La plateforme permet de suivre au quotidien nos appels à candidature en lien avec nos partenaires et d'accélérer considérablement le traitement des candidatures. Grande réactivité de l'équipe à nos questions et demandes. Expérience utilisateur très intuitive.
Cons:
Les fonctions d'automatisation sont intéressantes mais peuvent encore être améliorées. Les usagers pourraient être mieux guidées dans les bonnes pratiques d'utilisation.

Pros:
la simplicité d'utilisation et les échanges avec le référent Slelecteev
Cons:
Si je devais retenir un élément "négatif", je dirais que c'est assez cher
