Facebook simply doesn’t make it very easy to see all your comments as you need to go from post to post and try to find your ads and then sift through the “Most Relevant” comments,” Most Recent” comments, etc. It’s really hard. But LeadKlozer shows me all my comments that I need to reply to in one place, no matter where they are. It’s the best\! I’m now saving a ton of time when tracking engagements and organizing them because I can see how every lead and every customer has interacted with my page on their own, over time. I can even upload my list of customers where I simply put a product tag on them in one step, and they are simply updated in the app from leads to customers. In my new T-shirt company, I'm working to get the most important business processes like following up with customers and layering more and more important business processes into what I do with LeadKlozer each day, like setting followup reminders through my phone that then send me email reminders when i need to take action. Smart Search is such an incredible way to see lists of my leads based on virtually any criteria I can think of. I use it to bring up all my comments from my top leads across all my posts and ads.
