> **Pros**: Back-end Booking system, daily settlement notification, public booking system,  package management for each customer, invoice posting, bank reconciliation, payroll and staff expense claims  are all very good features.
> 
> **Cons**: Maybe the leave system need some more improvement.
> 
> The system has helped us to streamline processes and eliminate many manual work. Our staffs can just focus on customer service and arranging appointments. Monthly payroll process has also saved me a lot of time now with auto-generated bank file and CPF file.
