> **Pros**: I LOVE MD Live\! It has changed my life. I have a large family, so the ability to have swimmer’s ear or poison ivy diagnosed on line without finding a babysitter and spending the day in the doctor’s office is a god-send. Prescriptions are called in instantly. It’s easy to make an appointment and the doctors are all competent and friendly.

> **Cons**: For some specialties, there is a bit of a wait to get an appointment. Other than that, the experience is fabulous.

> MDLIVE is a game changer-especially with COVID. I almost never go into the doctor’s office now.

> **Cons**: I have had some confusion in using it. For example, my daughter shows up as a family member in one place, but does not when I push the account button.. I think it is that there are times when I feel like I have to find things without a clear path to them.

> We have loved to have this program. It helps to not have to immediately go to the ER for small things.
