User friendly
The support team is very active and supportive 
The dashboard is organized very well

> **Cons**: plugin with the third-party app does not work well
Sometimes it took a very long time to load
Somehow cost seem too high

> Sugar Serve is the best CRM's customer service solution as it provides a very easy way to use as its UI is userfriendly. Sugar Serve's support team is very supportive but sometimes they take much time to resolve the issue but finally, they resolve it perfectly. Overall it was my best experience using Sugar Serve.
