> **Pros**: EWIZ has amazing customer support and they are incredibly easy to work with. Their work on our website creation has been remarkable. We threw many obstacles and curveballs at the project and they have always managed to implement what we wanted in a super timely manner. They are patient and understanding to a fault. Super value for the money spent.

> **Cons**: I can't think of a single area of improvement. They designed our original website and that went very smoothly and this new website is the same. It's on a better and more stable platform and we've been pleased with the entire experience.

> Very easy to deal with and the payment process is always quick and easy. They understand our requests and even predict potential problems that we did not think of during the design and implementation process. Their pricing is very reasonable and the level of effort they put forth is well worth the expense. Interactions via E-mail and Video Chat are always productive and efficient. Overall, I would highly recommend their services. We are even looking into their CRM/ERP offerings now\!

> **Pros**: ewiz is user friendly once you learn how to use it correctly. It is reliable and rarely goes down on the front end.

> **Cons**: No knowledge base, hard to find info for how to do anything, any change requests are billed when most could be done in house if the information was freely available to access. Causes us to rely on AWS and then pay for any changes that we could do if we had access.

> I do not enjoy the platform.

I have to go searching any time I want to make a change. Backend is hard to navigate, even with a good amount of experience. Website customization after creation is near impossible because of this. 

We upload inventory everyday, have no ecommerce, do not allow customers to view their order information or invoices despite having the promostandards endpoints that could be synced up to allow this information to be transmitted. To set this up, we were quoted \~$30,000 for a full integration. AWS has complete control over the back end. If we were granted access to the full site I could hook everything up in a day or two. Because we do not have full access, we would be forced to pay for these services, we are already paying for, to show them off in the most user friendly manner.

> We had a very bad experience with a similar vendor.  ewiz was able to quickly launch a less expensive website with more compatibility and has worked over the years to improve it.
