> **Pros**: This Software is AWESOME\!\! Unbelievable amount of features and there is nothing like it on the market. The price is ridiculous and the support is amazing. I've had several questions and features that I needed addressed and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] handled them all.
I love that if a business owner misses a call, the software follows up with customer via text message and re-engages them. Also the automations are amazing. The sky is the limit and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] just keeps improving the software weekly almost\! Tons of new features based off of what we are asking for.

> **Cons**: There aren't really any cons. Everything is pretty straight forward. The only thing I can think of is the new users feature which allows you to add multiple users. It would be nice to be able to give some of them more access the all the options compared to what the owner has access to.

- ability to text-enable landline numbers without even needing the widget on the site.
- ability to build and segment your list and broadcast text messages to your list(s).
- ability to set up auto-responses for inbound texts and calls.
- the ability to use keywords for running promotions, building your list and increasing sales.

> **Cons**: The widget negatively impacts the speed of the page it is activated on. This is not noticeable on the front-end and indeed, this won't impact visitor experience in any way. It is only noticeable when running page speed tests on sites like webpagespeed .org or pingdom. com due to the delay in the time when the widget actually appears on the page (1-2 seconds after the page has already loaded).

That is really the only negative I can speak of...

Even then, the \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his devs are aware of this and are working to improve the widget loading speed. 

Speaking of which, the team behind this software is plain awesome\! Very responsive and they continue updating the software every day with new features and enhancements.

> **Pros**: Ringbot is a very well thought out, innovative SaaS in the SMS messaging space. It answers a genuine gap in the market by allowing businesses of all sizes to build a TCPA/GDPR compliant list of subscribers by SMS \&v enable two way text conversation with the added ability to broadcast intelligently through the use of tagging \& segmenting. Ringbot is also very competitively priced in contrast to other products in this space.

> **Cons**: Currently the SaaS standalones with no integrations. That said, at the time of writing this review the Zapier documentation is being finalised \& plans for deep native integrations into other smart platforms such a ActiveCampaign are also afoot  as well.
> 
> Ringbot is supported by a very passionate \& determined  \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] who work very hard on his product, runs weekly support webinars twice a week \& who's approach to developing the vision for his product is a hybrid of how he sees the future of 2 way SMS marketing coupled with listening to how his customer base wish to use his product, a magical blend of the theoretical mashed up with the practical.
