> **Pros**: The biggest reason I switched from Trainerize was that Everfit offers a true all-in-one coaching platform. I no longer need separate tools for check-ins, forms, and contracts which makes the experience much smoother for both me and my clients.

I also love how responsive the support team is. Whenever I’ve had questions, I’ve typically received a reply the same day, which is incredibly valuable when you’re running a coaching business.

The platform is intuitive, professional, and includes thoughtful features like the ability to change terminology from “client” to “athlete,” which better reflects my coaching style and audience.

> **Cons**: My biggest challenge with Everfit is the lack of customization compared to Trainerize. Trainerize offered a stronger white-label experience and more branding options, which I would love to see added to Everfit.

I also find the pricing can become expensive as your business grows, since additional features often require upgrading to higher-tier plans or purchasing add-ons.

As a coach who specializes in endurance athletes, I think Everfit is currently built more for general fitness coaching. I would love to see better endurance-specific tools such as heart rate tracking, cardiovascular performance metrics, and more advanced endurance training integrations. If those features were added, I believe Everfit could become the best coaching platform on the market.

What has impressed me most is the support. Anytime I’ve had a question, run into an issue, or needed guidance, the team has been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. There have been times when I was navigating challenges within my business, and having a responsive support team made a huge difference.

I also appreciate the extensive resource library and educational content available. It feels like Everfit is invested not only in improving the platform but also in helping coaches grow their businesses.

The main area where I would love to see continued development is endurance coaching. As a coach who specializes in hiking, running, ultras, backpacking, and endurance athletes, I find Everfit excels in the general fitness space but has an opportunity to expand its endurance-specific capabilities. Better integrations with Garmin, Strava, and endurance-focused watches, along with improved visibility of training data and performance metrics, would make a significant difference for coaches working in this niche.

With the growing popularity of endurance sports, I believe adding these features would allow Everfit to serve an even wider range of coaches while strengthening what is already an excellent platform.

Overall, I’ve been extremely happy with my experience. The platform has streamlined my business, improved my client experience, and given me access to tools and support that have helped me continue to grow as a coach.

> **Pros**: Everfit has it all from start to finish.  Everything you need for your clients is in one place. Everfit has saved me a lot of time\! My online business is a little unique. While I do traditional 1 on 1 online coaching, I am known for my online challenges. I run 6-8 week fitness challenges with a group of women . Everfit makes this easy. I am able to automate and set messages, workout programs, announcements, tasks, connect a community forum, etc for the whole group (instead of 1 by 1.) The automation saves time. I then can focus on the individual/customization portion of the challenge of my clients. Everfit makes it easy to track a client's progress on exercises they have done in the past so I can make sure I am progressing them safely. The software lets me know when client's have PR or are on a streak for completing habits. This allows me to let celebrate every win a client has.

> **Cons**: I do wish that the "Payment \& Packages" portion of the software had a main page (that listed all your offerings) that you could direct/send a client too. Maybe there is and I am unaware of how to do it. Right now it seems that if you want to share multiple packages with clients, each one has its own link.

> Overall, I love Everfit. I was previously with True coach and they couldn't compete with what Everfit has to offer. Everfit makes business easy.
