> **Cons**: They are specialize on one thing really well so you'll need to integrate with the payroll or other tool to manage the workforce still.

> The team is amazing, and the product is on another level compared to what we used before. Our staff love it, and we’ve been able to reduce inefficiencies in scheduling, which has also improved the customer experience.
