> **Pros**: It had a good presentation. It seemed professional but is likely just an AI scam looking for charge card information.
> 
> **Cons**: I signed our company up. Entered my credit card info, did not see any results on the first job and cancelled. Then found out there were two additional charges before being told they had no record of me cancelling the first time. $800 waste of time.
> 
> Very dissatisfied. This is AI at it's worst. If client is searching through all of the cancellation options before attempting to cancel and fails to follow the multiple click sequence to satisfy a cancellation request you should reach out to them and ask why they are trying to cancel instead of continuing to charge their card an additional $500 without providing any service at all.
