Gmail as a go-to for all my personal and professional needs has met and exceeded my expectations!

Comments: My overall experience with Google has been entirely positive and allows me to operate professionally in an organized and competent way. I use many of the features within Gmail to help with my executive functioning skills such as snoozing emails to remind me to address things, schedule sending emails for the same reason, and keeping things sorted and organized in a way that makes sense for my brain. There's almost nothing that I can think of that I would use Gmail for that I'm not able to do in a user friendly format.

Pros:

Most things about the Google Suite I really like. I use the Gmail often and appreciate the way it allows me to group and sort emails, control the content of my emails, personalize signatures for different occasions, and I often use the search capability to scour my emails for information I need down the line. I especially like the Google meets feature which I use often at work and the Google Chat feature is my primary way of being available to my employees.

Cons:

I do not like that there is not an option to unsubscribe in bulk, or if there is, it's not apparent enough for me to find it. I also don't like that when you forward an email, there is not an option to change the subject line. When I get an email for continuing education credits, I like to forward them to my staff and use the label for all emails, but I would like to be able to change the subject line to let them know what the email is regarding and other pertinent information to keep them from just skipping past it.

Everything you need and more in email

Comments: Overall, Gmail is phenomenal. I have used gmail not only for work, but for my personal email as well. Gmail integrates with all of the other Google apps. It is constantly adding features such as predictable text, appointment/task reminders, and customization. Gmail also offers two factor authentication.

Pros:

Gmail comes with so many options and intuitive tools. It is one of the best email apps. I have loved the ability to schedule to send emails and integrate my calendar. PLUS, using a gmail account also gives you your own Google Drive, so super bonus!

Cons:

Gmail is really the front runner in email apps. The only con would be that you lose your account after a long period of inactivity.

Pros:

I loved Gmail for many years, using it since about 2010 for all my email accounts. With the introduction of paid storage, they have turned into money hungry jerks making it really hard to actually delete emails, thereby trying to force you to give up and pay for the service. I get it, most serives are moving to subscription models, but this is shitty service.

Cons:

as above. they are forcing customers to pay. unlike Adobe, which made an overnight change and advertised it, Gmail pretends you have a choice, with messages telling you to delete your emails etc etc. But while doing this, I have discovered that the process is so hard and requires so many steps that you waste half of your life trying to do it. Just be transparent about the costs and stop pretending you're giving people an option.

Amazing to be able to read all my email accounts on my GMAIL

Comments: I have been using gmail for around 15 years and i love the sense of security it gives me i had been hacked with several other email platforms but i have not had a single issue with GMAIL.

Pros:

I love that i am able to link my other older email accounts i.e. yahoo, mail.com etc to GMAIL. Having the ability to open one platform and have all my mail in one spot is wonderful. It saves so much time rather than having to open three individual apps.

Cons:

It gets full quickly and i have to go in and select and move individual spam if on phone. However on computer i am able to select all and move or delete.

Love Gmail

Comments: Overall, I use gmail everyday for both work and personal and its the best email app I've ever used.

Pros:

I love all of the integrations that gmail has to offer along with the functionality of gmail

Cons:

That you cant make desktop gmail dark mode without loop holes

College Student Gmail Review

Comments: My overall experience with Gmail is so good! It's so convenient. I use Gmail on my phone, iPad and laptop. It works amazingly on all devices which I absolutely love.

Pros:

I use it for school a lot, and I like how easy it is to navigate.

Cons:

I have no dislikes! I always have a great experience using gmail

Great For SMBs

Comments: Overall the use of gmail for my SMB is excellent. The way you can integrate it through apps is great.

Pros:

The ease of use and integration with my team and other softwares.

Cons:

The cost. It dramatically went up for no reason. It went up almost 40% since 2019.

Gmail safe and secure

Comments: very dependable to use and i know that its security can be counted on

Pros:

I never worry about any of Gmail's fundamental features because it is safe and incredibly reliable.

Cons:

Sometimes it can be difficult to personalize and customize Gmail when you need to make changes to your signature and information, in my opinion.

Straightforward Email Service

Pros:

I like that it's pretty simple to get set up. I like that it integrates with Google Drive and other Google Apps which makes it easy to sync a lot of business-related tasks. Not sure if most other apps have this feature but I like that I can schedule emails to go out later.

Cons:

Running out of storage. And apparently there have been some data breaches, not too happy about that.

Gmail Is Good Overall - Needs Better Search Function

Pros:

It's a straightforward, easy-to-use email management system, inside of a well-integrated Google ecosystem (Google Drive, Google Calendar, etc).

Cons:

The search function is not as efficient as it could be. I often type in a keyword that I KNOW is in an email, but that email doesn't pop up in the search. Sometimes I have to type in the name of the person I corresponded with, or change the capitalization of the keyword in order for the email to appear.

Great but pricy and occasionally very finnicky to use

Comments: My overall experience with Gmail is great and there is very little to fault about it.

Pros:

I liked the ease-of-use and the useful capabilities of having all your third-party mail in one place through many devices.

Cons:

I disliked the pricing and the model that Gmail uses for its layout of mail.

Best email service hands down

Comments: I read my Gmail daily and I like all of the benefits like spam removal, unsubscribe option they show when I haven't read an email in a while, all the storage in the follow up option they recommend after sending an email.

Pros:

I've been using Gmail for the past 20 years and it's the best email service. I have everything connected to my email with Gmail. I like the ease of access when I need to send an email from a website and my Gmail automatically opened to send. The layout is really easy and I like how I'm able to create different folders for things. I also don't have to see a whole bunch of news just to access the email service. I also like how they have the option to unsubscribe from email which you haven't read in a long time. Also the option to mark emails I spam. What are you doing we got gecko insurance because they can't keep them remember the kids kept them and what does not in the air you'll die tonight

Cons:

The thing I like least about it is that it doesn't go back past emails from 2016.

Comments: Gmail has traveled all over the place with me using for a very long time and will continue to do so. Its a brilliant company that provides you with the best privacy of all of your import documents .

Pros:

I love Gmail I use it every single day it keeps me connected in every way possible

Cons:

I can say what I like least about Gmail is when i forget my password its hard to get back in when you have a new phone number and have no way to change your info. Other than that its awesome.

BEST MAILING SOFTWARE

Comments: Gmail is good, it allows me to send unique files(WAV, FLAC, ZIP & more files) to overseas & around my country. Nothing is better than sending a large file using Gmail than sending it via Post Offices or Mail Boxes.

Downloading received files via Gmail needs good & stable internet connection or else it will slow download speed

Comments: Gmail is a fantastic email service that offers a lot of great features. It’s user-friendly interface integration with a powerful function help you find what you need impressing unwanted emails however, the clutter in the promotions and tabs can sometimes make it challenging to find important messages overall it’s an excellent choice for managing email efficiently.

Pros:

As an user occasional clutter, promotions, and social tabs, make it easy to miss emails. Sometimes the layout can feel overwhelming with all the options available while the function is powerful. It can sometimes return too many results if I’m not specific enough.

Gmail is an incredibly dependable, safe, and quick email program. It is the best on the market, and managing and organizing your emails is a breeze. Additionally, I've never had any trouble combining it with other programs, which saves me a lot of time. With the addition of mobile optimization, this software is excellent for both personal and professional use.

Cons:

Some people may find it annoying that Google Adwords is located within the interface. Email is gathered by Gmail from your hosting server, and it could not happen as rapidly

Comments: Overall it has been amazing I love all of the features it has to offer such as contact management, google calendar, and email notificatios. The mobile app is also very conveniant

Pros:

Gmail is great for multi-account management, although it comes at a moderate cost, its redirection capabilities are great for spam and inbox control. Its ease of use and administration panel for enterprises come in handy when handing email clients to company employees.

Cons:

Gmail for enterprise would greatly benefit in a price reduction or freemium alternative for enterprises, reducing costs could greatly increment the user base and startup rate of adoption.

I LOVE GMAIL

Comments: I have used gmail since 2007 and use it every day for reminders, emails, calendar invites ETC.

Pros:

The desktop and phone versions are very easy to use and manuever

Only Gmail For Personal and Business!

Comments: I use Gmail all day every day for my job and I do not run into technical issues, it always runs smoothly, keeps me informed and lets me customize the settings that work best for me.

Pros:

I love that Gmail has an easy to read dashboard, flexible workspace options and so many features for helping with my small business. These include automatic contact saving, unlimited extensions, reminders, etc.

Cons:

I wish there was a place to get templates. This is my biggest complaint.
