> **Pros**: The UX is what sets Huntool apart. I've tried several ATS over the years, and it's one of the only ones I genuinely enjoy opening every morning. The interface is clean and makes you want to use it, which matters when it's your main daily tool. Managing candidates and clients becomes genuinely easy, and everything is designed to help you find the right candidate at the right time. It's simple to use, but simple doesn't mean limited: it covers pretty much every use case, and it's highly customizable, so it adapts to my workflow rather than the other way around. On top of that, the support team is outstanding: responsive, helpful, and bugs get fixed very quickly. New features ship constantly.

> **Cons**: Honestly, not much to complain about. The main thing I'm waiting for is more native integrations with the other tools in my stack. For now I sometimes rely on third-party automation to connect everything, but given how fast the team ships new features, I expect this to improve quickly.
