It was easy, affordable, and fast. I liked that you could send it with or without a cover sheet and they sent an email confirmation when it was sent. I received a confirmation from my state that my ballot was counted. Only thing I might like in the future is the option of a color fax - fortunately this didn't matter with my ballot, even though the oath and envelope were colored.
