> **Cons**: The only downside is that there’s a lot to take in at first. The systems are powerful, so you do need to invest time in the training to fully understand everything—but that’s also what makes it effective.

> **Pros**: I really liked \[sensitive content hidden\] who onboarding me.  He left HJ which should have been my wake-up call.  Other than that it went down hill fast.

> **Cons**: Not One sale in 12 months and they lie about their money back guarantee as you will not get a dime.  Most of their leads didn't even talk with me and I am a follow up person.

> 13 year veteran with over 150 buyer and seller sales and not ONE sale from HJ.  To make matter worse, they did not honor their money back guarantee.
