> **Pros**: I can hold online meetings, send video messages, share documents, and chat on the same page. So that I never lose the context of any project. 
Also, my prospects don’t have to download a thing when we schedule a video meeting so this is a huge advantage. Therefore, I can send personalized video messages to my prospects and I’m having great results. 
But one of my favorite features is I can track engagement levels\! It has marked a before and after for us to close more deals. Now I can get to know if the prospect is paying attention to my collateral, it’s brutal\!
