When we first started using the software there were several functionalities that were specific to our needs that was missing. The SimpleRent team worked diligently and timely with us to add these functionalities.

> **Pros**: Recently simple rent has added my lease, rental applications, and employment verification electrically to my software which means everything can be done online. Tenants are able to sign documents without meeting face to face and risk being contaminated in public by the pandemic. I am happy because potential tenants are not driving over to my office risking my health but can save gas  \& time by just emailing the documents.  I am also able to add and save additional information in the document if desire.

- Technical assistance is highly responsive and very supportive in making the software match the needs of our organization. 
- More affordable than other software

There are definitely some bugs and functionality issues, but the support team are open to suggestions and good with timely responses that it makes these issues easy to deal with.
