With Yarno, that simply isn't the case. Employees love using this software and we always get great reviews from the list of those who work within it for the projects we send it out on. It's very easy to use from the setting up side of things and also very easy for users to be brought up to speed on whichever topic we are sending it out for. It's given us complete confidence that the front line staff is up to speed on anything and everything we are launching. > > **Cons**: Visual customization lacks. Accumulation of Learner "Badges" creates fun and achievement. The reporting and navigation through data in Admin are very easy. Complete drill-down of Learners progress and aggregate Question responses is so helpful to shape communication and future workshops on the topics. The impact of the original workshop can be gauged by first response accuracy and allows for 'tweaking' content for future iterations.
