Activity Messenger has become a valuable tool in helping us achieve that goal. It provides many of the tools and services our clients need in one centralized platform, allowing us to streamline operations, reduce duplication, and simplify administrative processes. This allows our team to support our clients more effectively while also giving their staff and volunteers more time to focus on the work that matters most.

What I appreciate most about Activity Messenger is that it allows us to consolidate multiple processes into one place, creating a more efficient and manageable experience for both our clients and the people supporting their organizations.

> **Cons**: ne of the biggest challenges we encounter with Activity Messenger is the number of competing services available in the market. When we introduce Activity Messenger to a new client, there can initially be some hesitation about moving away from their existing systems and committing to another subscription-based service.

Even though we find the fees reasonable and believe the value provided by Activity Messenger is strong, the upfront conversation around adding another subscription or fee can sometimes be challenging. Clients may be hesitant to make the change before they fully understand how much time and administrative work the platform can save them.

In our experience, once clients make the transition and begin using Activity Messenger, they are able to see the benefits much more clearly. The challenge is often getting them comfortable enough with the initial change to take that first step.

The value you get for the cost of this program I would recommend to anyone,  our business saved so much money on fees and billing from our last CRM

Activity Messenger has so many features and capabilities that sometimes it can take a little time to figure out exactly how to set something up or where to find a particular feature. That said, once we learn how to use something, we really appreciate how much flexibility the platform gives us.
