We highly recommend Afton to anyone looking for a reliable and user-friendly ticketing solution with exceptional customer service\!

> **Cons**: We genuinely have no major issues with Afton. Any complaints that we've voiced, they've offered solutions or reasons why something isn't possible. Like most venues, we've seen a rise in third party ticketing sites scamming customers. Although is out of Afton's control, it is extremely frustrating both for our venue and patrons. However, Afton has offered ways to reduce scammers and is actively working to combat this issue.

Their response times are excellent, and they’re always willing to listen to our feedback and implement recommendations that make the ticketing process easier for both our attendees and our business.

Having access to their scanning devices is also a huge bonus and makes event-day operations so much smoother. We truly enjoy working with the Afton Tickets team and highly recommend them. Love these guys\!
