> **Pros**: When our office finally decided to use a software program to verify insurance eligibility, I looked at at least 5 different platforms. I kept coming back to Zuub. They had eligibility with almost all of our major payors, the interface was simple and easy to navigate, you could look at your schedule day by day, and once you zoom in (LOL), you can see a lot of great information on their eligibility document saved in the patient chart. I don't want to be without this platform, it has saved many a patient from getting services they weren't covered by.

> **Cons**: Probably the extra small print on the eligibility document. I have to Zoom in. I understand it's a lot of information to take in, so I don't mind. It saves me from having to log in to an insurance site and search for it manually.

> Fantastic\! Their sales and support teams are top-notch. Anytime I had a question, a new password, or one of my payors stopped working, all I had to do was send one email, and I got a quick response and almost immediate fix to the issue. I really have no complaints; it's been a fantastic experience for me.
