> Overall, my experience has been great. There is support staff/AI agents available and getting back to you within minutes/same day etc. it’s also pretty easy to learn and set up. I maintain my Bigger Pockets Pro account mainly due to the perk of my RentRedi subscription.

I emailed them and now they're working on a fix. should have it by early next week and I know they'll do it because I was the one who suggest that feature in the old reports and they got it done then. very impressed with the customer service.
