> **Cons**: For someone who has used this for year, thing went down hill quickly when the were purchased.  This interface is far too complicated for what should be a straightforward task. Basic functions such as collecting rent, setting up tenants, reviewing payments, exporting reports, and viewing rental information require far more effort than they should. Something that should take no more than three minutes per month instead takes 20–30 minutes. The workflow is confusing, and the screens are not organized in a way that feels intuitive.

A simple usability test with someone who has never used the system would quickly reveal these issues. It appears the software was designed to showcase a sophisticated interface rather than to make everyday property management efficient. The result is a system that is unnecessarily complex and difficult to navigate.

Most property managers have just a few primary goals:

\* Collect rent.
\* Verify who has and has not paid.
\* Manage tenant information.
\* Generate year-end reports showing rental income and other key financial information.

These core tasks should be fast, simple, and intuitive to perform. Instead, the interface buries them beneath layers of unnecessary complexity. In my opinion, the software has been over-engineered for the tasks it is intended to perform. A clean, streamlined interface with just a few well-designed screens would make the software significantly more efficient, easier to learn, and far more enjoyable to use.

One additional concern is the time it takes for rent deposits to reach my account. The delay is much longer than I would expect. Most payment systems today process deposits much faster. I suspect many customers are moving to Zelle because of its faster payment processing. Even Innago provides faster deposits.

While it offers a wide range of features, it falls short in the areas that matter most for day-to-day property management: simplicity, efficiency, and ease of use. Tasks that should take only a few minutes become unnecessarily time-consuming because of a confusing workflow and an overly complex interface. Combined with slower-than-expected rent deposit processing, the software has not met my expectations. I believe the product would be significantly improved by focusing on a streamlined user experience that allows property managers to complete their core tasks quickly and efficiently.
