It is easy to use with some initial training and works across multiple operating systems both out in the field and in the office. It can be used on tablets out on site and these can be synced whilst out in the field with the main database and with Ezytreev Cloud it is even easier to access your data and update your tree data. It allows you to retain comprehensive records of your trees health and condition for use in the management of small through to large scale tree populations both reactively and proactively. It allows for recording of tree works recommendations and taking this through to raising tree works orders and sending these to the tree contractor using their schedules of rates. It enables you to have multiple budget codes and carrying out budgeting and forecasting and invoicing. It has a comprehensive reporting element which allows for detailed analysis of tree stocks from species, ages, condition through to previous works etc and allows you to build queries on any of the data fields and report on these. It allows for the proactive management of tree stocks and is a really useful system to have for managing trees as assets. There are so many customisations you can make which is really useful and many ways to use the system to get the most out of the data captured. > > **Cons**: It is a very powerful tree management software system with complex interlinking elements and some of these aspects do require further training or explanations which is understandable. However, if you do not fully know what it can do at the start it is hard to know what questions or training to ask for help with but the more you use it the more you learn and develop this understanding. For example how to set up budget codes and schedules of rates but once this is done it does work really well. > > It has been really successful utilising the full functionality of Ezytreev in the delivery of a proactive tree management approach. It has aided in saving time, improving the tree data sets held on Council owned trees for improved auditablity. It has made the process of being able to organise routine reactive and large scale proactive tree works efficiently and effectively in line with duty of care and health and safety and budgets.
