Our subscribers and audience rely on texting when getting their information. Half of are clients are older than 60 so they do not want an app to communicate. We need it simple. The worse is their customer service. I asked for help months ago as well as information and did not get a reply until 3 in half months later. Now I am getting multiple messages when it is already too late because we work with a different company. > > Remind works for the function it was made for, but if you are wanting to just use it for SMS texting, you can find better companies that specifically work with that and are super easy friendly.
