This integration allowed us to reduce the time and the cost of accessing and processing the data. The user does not need any more to access different databases, both internal and external. He has all of them in one place with all the required information automatically imported. • Automation of important processes such as the credit offer and the entire process of customer financial evaluation. Before FintechOS, our users needed a lot of time to access around 15 internal and external databases in order to extract the necessary information, print it and manually input it in all the credit package files. Now, for a complex credit process we need around 5 hours instead of 20. For a standard client, we reduced the time of processing the credit request from 11 hours to just one hour. Overall, FintechOS helped us reduce 4-11 times the processing time, which had a positive impact on the costs of the onboarding process. • Possibility to develop tools for risk evaluation, scorecards, pricing, product matrix and so on. • Intuitive and user-friendly technology.
