> **Pros**: The richness and accuracy of the data, the simplicity of the user interface and the responsiveness of their customer support and product teams--they really took the time to understand our needs, demonstrate the use cases and even added a feature that we requested i.e. being able to filter by a company's site traffic.
> 
> **Cons**: I'd like to see them improve the filtering capability for ecommerce software. For our purposes, the biggest opportunity for improvement is being able to filter out woocommerce service providers (dev shops and agencies) and view only true merchants.
> 
> Overall a positive experience. Highly recommend the software.
