> **Pros**: Sellful offers a powerful platform with extensive features and integrations, but provides little to no support in learning how to use them. There are no in-depth tutorials or walkthroughs, leaving users to navigate a complex system entirely on their own.

> **Cons**: Promising concept, but poorly executed. There's virtually no documentation—just a few shallow video tutorials that barely explain how the platform works. You're left to figure out everything on your own, and worse, you're also responsible for onboarding your clients without any real support or guidance from the company. Their support team is an absolute joke.

> BUYER BEWARE: They don't offer a lifetime deal. The moment I connected my Stripe account, I was instantly charged $599 for an enterprise plan. Support ignored the unauthorized charge, denied a refund, and offered no resolution—despite screenshots and detailed messages. The platform is promising but half-baked, with minimal documentation and poor onboarding. You’re left to figure everything out and hand-hold clients yourself. Major disappointment.

In return, we have received positive feedback from the team while reducing time on administrative task.

> **Cons**: We are great with the product up until this point. As a start up, the cost was one of our elements in choosing which programming to utilize. Sellful was affordable to us and we could introduce it immediately.
