### "DONT BUY BRIQ BAD PRODUCT" — 1.0/5

> **Pros**: Some of the people that worked for BRIQ for a few months were very nice.  I did feel bad that they did not last long and that BRIQ was an embarrassment on their resume.

> **Cons**: Everything.   BRIQ never worked.  its was a SCAM from beginning to end.  We paid $13,000.00 up front for a promise that never came to fruition.  Not a difficult promise.  We were told it would identify purchase orders and match with Invoices. It was unable to match and was unable to move the matches into Quick Books online.   This was the only transaction we needed and BRIQ is unable to meet this requirement.  BRIQ to this day will promise that it will happen, but after a year and a half and weekly meetings it has not.  I know a ROOMBA that can learn faster than BRIQ.

> In the beginning the honeymoon phase with our eyes glistening with hope it was great.  After 6 months and nothing, with 3 BRIQ employees quitting we started to get skeptical, but were still hopeful.  We continued week after week with no results on something that should have been easy to accomplish.   We kept getting excuse after excuse on why it wouldn't work.  One week it would be the BOT and the next week it was the number and then the next week back to the BOT and the next week back to the number.   It was insanity.

> **Pros**: NOTHING\! Promised all kinds of processes and did not provide any that worked. Employees changed often through the process. Never worked to know anything positive\!

> **Cons**: We signed a contract with them on 9/3/24. Here it is 2/25/25 and the software still is not working\! Tried to get a refund and was told it does not specify a refund in writing in the contract so that was not an option. Only option to keep this useless software for the contract term. Do not buy from them\!\!

> Horrible\! Will never select again and will never recommend\! Stay Away\!\!

> **Pros**: They are very convenient. Able to use it on the go.

> **Cons**: After hitting it several times (it’s still not empty) it starts to leak from the charger port. When trying to hit it, it burns throat, chest and lungs. I’ve had SEVERAL that do this\! Can’t find anywhere to be reimbursed or replaced. The dispensary has a “7 day return policy” which will never happen within 7 days.

> Would like to be reimbursed for at least 4 of the 7 Briqs that have done this\! I will not buy anymore until I know this is fixed\! It’s a complete waste of money and it’s not cheap\! The dispensary actually contact the company via email and I still have had no response\! I would buy the magnet ones over these until they get this fixed\!

> **Pros**: I'm a people person so it really means a lot to me when the people I work with are helpful and kind. Everyone I've interacted with at Briq has been an absolute pleasure. The support staff is responsive and usually solve my problems within 1 business day. If they can't resolve it, they are great at communicating as such and telling me what steps they are taking to try to tackle the problem. On top of all of this, the BOT workflows we have put into place with Briq have saved our admin team a lot of time\!\! Not sure how we worked before them to be honest.

> **Cons**: Nothing bad - I love them\! I'd recommend making sure you have enough time to implement and start BOTs or reports with them. This is the norm for most software implementation.
