Comments: Completely Satisfactory and i would sign up again

Pros:

Everything about it is to love they dont make a lot of mistakes to make u not like it

Cons:

That sometimes u cant reach a live prso. When u call

Pros:

I love the free offerings, including the ability to use the calendar and send reminder alerts to clients.

Cons:

Nothing that I can yet identify. I am currently exploring Carepatron as well as a few other EHR options.

Middle of the road

Comments: So far, so good! It has all my needs met with the monthly fees so I do not need to purchase additional features to operate keeping my costs low.

Pros:

It has the features I want for starting my small business. I needed scheduling, appointment reminders, HIPAA compliance, record system, insurance compliance, flexibility with intake and note system, along with medical billing and telehealth capabilities at a reasonable cost.

Cons:

I am newly using the system after having experience with another ehr system and having to get used to it.
