Great for scheduling.
It is secure and compliant with privacy requirements.

> **Cons**: There are a few things. But by far the most important one (and therefore I will not mention the others), is the fact that the data (patient's past medical history, medications, allergies) does not transfer from one consultation to the other. This is a major impediment.

> I am happy to have a system that I can use remotely. 
Sometimes, information has to be duplicated, for instance when I have to write a prescription.

> **Cons**: No waiting room for the online video sessions which is necessary. Clients have a window that comes up that asks them to continue holding but have been kicked out or frozen and I have been on and so has a client but the client isn’t there. The video doesn’t work from the app version. 
Re invoices: no option to edit what is on the invoice and no option to invoice monthly.

My clients appreciate the reminders and I like how easy it is for them to fill out the forms and it import into my records. As a one man shop, it is a great value for my needs presently.
