You have to really learn how the designers of the platform think to be able to use the platform in a competent way. There where many times where I would be upset because I could not find what I was looking for, but once I found the item in question it made sense where it was in hindsight. > > The learning curve is pretty steep for this platform. There have been multiple times where the only reason why I did not leave the platform was because I bought a year subscription and could not get my money back. That being said once I learned the system (and I am STILL learning the systems) and how things are supposed to flow, it is not difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. Also there seems to be some common sense quality of life issues that need to be worked out, such as being able to have an auto signature for my notes. Would I pick Carepatron again if I started over no. Is it bad enough to make me forgo the rest of my subscription and pay for another system no. Will I renew when the time comes, honestly maybe.
