Users therefore regularly ask for Crisam generated reports to check their input. However, reports from Crisam can only be generated with the admin system. From a process efficiency and userfriendliness point of view, this is a downside. Nevertheless, Calpana recently introduced a 'dashboard' feature which serves as a work-around with room for improvement. - As Calpana is rapidly growing we generally observe a slightly slower customer support than in previous years. > > My company uses Crisam for its company-wide bottom-up Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) for more than 2 years now with about 200 users. As Enterprise Risk Manager I administrate and use Crisam in my daily routines. Overall, I am quite satisfied with the software and the service provider Calpana. With Crisam we can fulfill our legal and best practice requirements.
