> **Pros**: Ease of getting started with the app. The design/set up of Fitbit is very well done. Simple to navigate and find what you need. Different categories available under Your Coach section. You can use mediation recordings for a healthy sleep. Exercise videos available to help get motivated and range in simple to hard. You can add friends to your list.

> **Cons**: There aren't as many videos available in free version compared to paid. Would have liked couple more free options for people. The community option isn't the same as it was before.

> Easy way to start my day and go through my day. Track what I eat, my sugar levels and more. I really like that it syncs my data from my watch. The home page is laid out great and nice size writing for me to read. Quickly add water I drank each day. Helps motivate to stay in track.

> **Cons**: The step count can be exaggerated and other cardio like stair climbing can be under recorded. It can be a little inaccurate depending on how snug the watch is worn and the angle of the arm when running or doing any kind of cardio.

> My overall experience has been good when tracking the basic trends like step count, heartbeat etc. but I do not find it very reliable for calories burnt and some other features.
