TMP addresses all facets of the provider's day to day needs for their IDD program to help them stay in compliance and run efficiently. For example: HR employee onboarding, staff training, task scheduling, client admission process, creating objectives and tracking progress, scheduling medical appointments, tracking nursing delegations, creating physician's orders and MARs with pharmacy interface, reports to assist with tracking utilization, tracking other info for cost reports and billing logs and so much more. > > **Cons**: Would really like them to change the CNA format to match the CNA form the state recommends using- 8584.
