> **Pros**: Customization of the data to my company's addressable market. The ability to view data at a macro level, then drill down into specific sub-sets of the same data set to see program details, all without needing to run separate searches in different modules. Customer support is also top notch, our account rep is not only very responsive and easy to work with, they're also knowledgeable on the GovCon market.

> **Cons**: While graphs/visuals are a positive, I often wish there were more options for different styles of graphs (ex. Bar vs. Pie) for some of the custom data pulls. 

Would love the ability to see program lineage (incumbent details, prior program structure, etc.)

The user interface is intuitive and clean, it's super easy to set up reports and pipelines, and the training is top notch. I use this system as my main source of information when researching opportunities, competition, federal funding, potential teaming partners, and more. As a small business, I love that I have a CRM built into this system that allows me to track and follow opportunities. The Federal Compass team has thought of everything.
