Getting in touch with fans or customers easily in a personalised way, is something very important. The 'Campaign' page is structured really well, and building a flow doesn't require too many skills. Also being able to communicate with all people who left a comment is a really cool feature (Comment to Messenger feature). This is the easiest way of converting comments into valuable contacts. The 'Ask for user data' function is also something that I love to use. By asking for an email adress, phone number or anything else, it is way easier to create a ongoing funnel. > > **Cons**: It may be a good thing to connect your audience with a certain campaign. So for example if I built a flow for a giveaway, I am not directly able to see which contacts entered my audience via this flow. It would be fantastic to have a function in the 'Campaigns' tab where you can see the audience related to a flow. > > POP makes building meaningful relationships with fans way easier, and the software is really easy to use. If I need any support, my emails always get a reply within an hour.
