Reviews of Polarion REQUIREMENTS
Approachable for users, but maintenance and back-end support is tricky
Pros:
Working in LIVE DOCS is very intuitive for entering requirements. And, the Subversion back-end makes going through history pretty trivial.
Cons:
The back-end, from the technology to the administration GUI, is all over the place. And, the system seems very fragile and easy to break. Licensing is a constant pain and I have doubts about the software's ability to scale. It does not seem very enterprise-ready.
Do you require Polarion? probably yes
Comments: It is a stable, robust system that enables very good control of the requirement compliance process. would recommend.
Pros:
Great cross-orgnizations coolaboration tool, easy to follow and manage, includes several filtering features that are absolutely crucial for managing a growing list of demends from new projects, especially in the automotive industry.
Cons:
Not significant cons I can think of, especially compared to other software of the same type.
Overall bad SW
Pros:
many features, traceability, nice User interface
Cons:
extremely slow and frustrating, not reliable at all.
Valutazione tool polarion dopo tanti anni di uso
