> **Pros**: The tool allows you to integrate most of your channels to serve your customers: WhatsApp, Messenger, Chatbot and email. It's great to control your productivity and evaluate your overall quality.

> **Cons**: The tutorials should be improved to be more intuitive and help you in the setup stage. When you interact with a Rep everything flows better.
