> **Pros**: I absolutely love this system. It has cut down on no shows so significantly. It has allowed my staff to better use their time with patients confirming via text or email. Efficiency has been greatly improved. I highly recommend this service to anyone.

> **Cons**: I absolutely hate that I can't call and speak to someone when I need help or have an issue. Creating tickets and the lack of real person conversations has me considering switching confirmation systems. As much as I love this system I truly hate that aspect of it.

We love the confirmations with the direct link to our online registration. We also love how easily we can communicate with our patients. A few times, we have needed to change our messaging, which is also very easy to switch on your own. The customer service is incredible, and they take care of issues that may arise quickly\!
