> **Pros**: It was the most affordable program that appeared to be confident. That’s why I liked it. They claim to be able to merge the data out of the previous EMS and, while there were problems, it wasn’t terrible to make the conversion. Since that time it’s been miserable. But the conversion wasn’t bad.

> **Cons**: There are so many things bad about this program that I won’t take up that much time in the block, however, the customer service is atrocious. You will wait 40 minutes to get somebody who tells you that you need to wait another 40 minutes for another person and then when you tell that person you’ve waited 80 minutes they literally hang up on you because they don’t feel like talking. That’s not an underestimation of what happened. Beware of their customer service. First and most important complaint. &#10;Second, the billing software sucks. It’s really not functional. It doesn’t do a whole lot well. And I would switch again except the pain of switching is untenable right now. So you’re you can’t stop it without a huge amount of pain until you get 1000 times by this program because it’s not a functioning program.&#10;Meanwhile, they have a YouTube video system of teaching the customer what to do with the program that is so out of date that I can’t use it to set up my system because my system is now different than the YouTube video show. So I have no option, but to use the online help, which has been 100% useless\!&#10;So the program claims to be able to do things, you can’t set them up because no one will help you, and the YouTube videos that they post online are thoroughly useless\! &#10;This is the worst mistake that I have made in my practice and I’ve been practicing over 30 years\!  &#10;Further, I don’t want the reader to think that I’m a computer illiterate. I enjoy technology. I’m not afraid of using technology. I don’t use an iPhone because I like the manipulation that can be done to a Google based android system. So you’re not talking to an old man who doesn’t understand computer programs. I should be able to work this program well and run my practice easily But I feel like I’m being killed with 1000 cuts.  &#10;I was hoping this would be the last program I need to use before I can retire in the next 10 years, but that is not gonna happen. We’re going to have to go through another iteration of medical service technology.&#10;If you’re reading this, please read my advice and do not use this program\!

> **Cons**: Way too many clicks to get where you need to get. They just did an update that added way more clicks than before but the new layout is nice.

> **Pros**: An integrated EHR and Billing solution that can be customized to fit the work flow of your clinic. Aprima gives you the tools to follow to finality a patient's need. Our office is on the same page with every patient with our ability to annotate if needed anywhere in the process.

> **Cons**: The design features are easy to apply but you do need have a knowledgeable person to make changes. You can keep it simple or modify the system to work for you rather than for it but it's not a task for a novice. You will need support from Aprima if you don't have the staff with some database knowledge to make some of the greatest features work.

> Aprima support is great\! They prioritize critical issues and address all issues to finality. They make recommendations in work flow to make the practice more efficient and to improve the overall doctor patient relationship.

> **Pros**: I have been using Aprima for the past 3 years and has improved a lot since then, of course that is a good think, that they are willing to improve. This software is very complete, you can send labs, imaging orders, faxes, meds instantly. It is separated in sections that are very easy use, able to open multiple windows at the same time.

> **Cons**: The diagnosis section is good, able to add icd 10 code but algorithm to search a new diagnosis is not too functional, it needs to be faster and able to find the diagnosis with synonyms.

> No integrity or sincerity /loyalty to clients.&#10;never try to work with the client or fix the issue .Only focused on the money. I got rid of the EHR early because of their very poor customer support. At that point the CEO said that I had broken the contract and I lost all of my money
