The support team, especially a representative named \[sensitive content hidden\] was dismissive, unhelpful, and gave me conflicting information. I was told the issue would be resolved within 24 hours, then later told I’d have to wait until Monday with no explanation. There was no sense of urgency, no escalation path, and no accountability—even as I was denied access to my own funds > > Extremely disappointing and stressful. I’ve waited over three months for one issue to be resolved, only to now be locked out of my account again with no clear timeline or support.
