The resource section also seamlessly links with the learning modules, and articles available in the internal learning platform.

> When we were looking into the platform, our objective was a platform that could run individual development surveys, create IDP as per the survey outcome, and resources being available for self-development. The platform has the capability of the above-mentioned features. A few more features that could be included in the manager's dashboard are the IDP of the team member, manager being able to assign from the resources, comments post development review etc.
Overall it is satisfactory in meeting the basic requirements.
