> **Pros**: Absolutely nothing.  I was excited about the convenience of it, but the system kept messing up then I wasted 45 minutes with customer service and in the end got nothing but my money taken\!\!\!\!

Finally spoke to a doctor who had no clue what she was talking about telling me amoxicillin isn’t used for cellulitis from a bite which I have been prescribed and used by legit doctors twice in the past\!  They did nothing\!

> Customer service was nice.  I question if I actually spoke to a doctor since she lied about treatment I’ve been given twice in the past being legitimate.  Amoxicillin is one of the main treatments for cellulitis and she specifically said it does not treat skin infections.

> During the last three times,  I wasted more than 30 minutes on the deledoc website and phone app trying set up an appointment.  It didn't work.  It keep going through cycle and keep bringing me to square one.  Sometimes,  it gives error "can't fetch medical history"

> **Cons**: Doctor closed case too early (which Teladoc Health admitted). I spent a total of 1.5 hours (over 3 calls) on the call with Customer Service and never got a resolution, and unfortunately wasted $89 for no diagnosis.

> I used Teladoc Health for a dermatology appointment and ran into significant issues with their platform and customer service. According to Teladoc’s policy, patients can send a follow-up message to their doctor within seven days, including additional questions or photos. When I tried to do this, the platform only allowed me to upload one photo, even though the initial submission had accepted multiple. In the follow-up message, I made it clear to the doctor that I was having trouble uploading the correct photos. I also called Customer Support immediately to figure out how to send the correct photos. While I was still on the phone with Support, the doctor closed my case, leaving me unable to provide the information needed for a proper diagnosis. &#10;&#10;Over the next several weeks I followed up multiple times with Teladoc. Support agents admitted the doctor was too hasty in closing the case, and told me my request would be escalated and that I would likely hear from a supervisor within a few days. No one ever contacted me. When I followed up again, my requests to either reopen the case with the doctor to get a correct diagnosis, to reschedule with another doctor at no charge, or to receive a refund were all denied. Teladoc also claimed they had emailed me updates, but no emails were ever received (I checked spam and junk). &#10;&#10;In the end, I paid $89 and never had the chance to get a meaningful medical opinion, and the Customer Service was truly disappointing. Teladoc had multiple chances to make it right and simply didn’t.

> Absolutely horrible&#10;I tried teladoc to get some advice and health help about an ongoing cough and congestion I was dealing with. The provider was dismissive, rude, and in quite a hurry. When I expressed concern that he wasn't quite understanding what I was coming on the call for, he said "do you want the prescriptions or not?" I said, I guess so, and she hung up the call. I am disturbed by the level of disrespect he showed me &#10;&#10;In turn, also the disrespect shown by the teladoc health team in general. I opened a complaint and requested a refund which they refused. To pay $89 for a 3 minute video call where you're ignored and dismissed is absolutely horrible. Save your time and your money.
