Comments: It provides ease and order for well-managed reservations. It is a moment of release from stress and workload by exercising for our health

Pros:

I like to use Gymcatch to schedule my fitness classes and my time at the gym. Before it was a mess to have clear information about dates and times available for classes. Now it is much easier to keep track of the time I want to reserve my spot. I also like that I can make payments directly without complications, a very useful tool to lead a more relaxed fitness life

Cons:

There is still nothing I can say that I dislike, for my well-being everything has worked perfectly

Gymcatch saves me time every week!

Comments: Gymcatch is a great platform that is easy to use for both instructors and clients alike. The app is helpful to point customers to be able to book in for sessions and once their profile is set up, they can book in with ease. The different bolt on features are brilliant to use as and when your business requires and it’s so good you can swap them as you need. The auto-credits/cancellation feature has saved me countless hours of admin! If ever you have a query or issue, the Gymcatch team are always on hand to help resolve.

Pros:

Easy to use app for clients Auto refund/cancellation bolt ons No contract

Cons:

Would like to be able to generate customer attendance reports/analysis

Customer service is second to none

Comments: Brilliant, customers service is what sets it apart for me.

Pros:

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. If I raise an issue or query these guys are on it instantly. Everyone I've dealt with at Gymcatch has been very pleasant and helpful. They offer unmatched customer service.

Cons:

A few small issues -some customers find it difficult to use and occasionally customers report that they've had problems booking. I also wish i could keep my PARQs in the system, but i believe the team is working on this.

Intuitive scheduling software that my and my clients love

Comments: It has streamlined by business and increased bookings

Pros:

I like that the scheduling page showcases my offerings in a clear and intuitive way for clients all in 1 place; I feel this has increased bookings from when I used to use Acuity that listed them in sub sections

Cons:

I would like to be able to have email automation, such as a reminder and follow up email auto sent. It would be beneficial if I have a 2-way link with Google to aid scheduling.

Comments: The customer care team are fast and really helpful. The system is reliable and easy to use.

Pros:

It was easy to set up and allowed me to be paperless, in terms of attendance sheets and PAR-Q information. I also didn't have to handle cash or credit card details.

Cons:

The analytics of customer behaviours. it was hard to analyse class performance, look for trends, segment marketing strategies with the data provided.

Comments: Loved the tool and service was fantastic. Definately prefer over similar products duebto ease of use and set up.

Pros:

The ease of use was great and price in comparison to similar products. It was easy to set up courses that also allowed for drop in class registration.

Cons:

When I imbeded the calebdar into my website sometimes it took a little while to load. I'd also like to see more seamless display of courses and class options for the same class be easy to identify. Flipping between tabs was not intuitive to my clients. It would also be great to download all payment reports annually instead of monthly, or at least a longer period with all the categories in one report.

Thank you for your feedback on the embedded web app, we will continue to optimise these to the best of our ability so that we can minimise these load times for you. Customers can access course details via the session as well as by switching between the Schedule and Courses tabs, but I will make sure this feedback gets back to the product team to review as well. We do have plans to develop some significant enhancements to internal Gymcatch reporting in the future, so I hope when these are released they be an improvement for you, but you can also access payment/financial reports on your Stripe account. Pros:

The ability to buy the add ons you need so not paying for functionality you don't use.

Cons:

Getting your head around the initial set up as the Membership Functionality was all new - great support.

Gymcatch, my assistant

Comments: Gymcatch has helped my buissiness a lot! My pilates studio is basically a "one woman show" but with gymcatch I feel like I have an assistant.

Pros:

It is simple, for both clients and admin, but also offerrs a lot of possibilities and variations in designing it for everything my buissines needs.

Cons:

Sometimes it is slow as if there is a bug but there is none. That can be a bit confusing, still everything works. And it woul be better if messages could be larger an possibility of pasting a link would be great.

Pros:

The customer service given by the Team especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is phenomenal, for such a great value product they really do go above and beyond to support you. Nothing is too complex for them to resolve. Highly skilled, intelligent, friendly individuals. Zero complaints!

Cons:

Only thing that could be a useful tweak in the future is the potential for adding different calendars for different areas of the business rather than having appointments. It would also be super helpful to be able to have an online ParQ and the o[ption to tag different waivers to the different options available to clients.

I can't tell you the relief!

Comments: Flipping brilliant so far. So helpful. Patient. Kind. Customer focussed. Clear. The fact they are UK based and we're in the same timezone really has helped too. I used a different soft ware for the last year and it's been awful.

Pros:

I'm so excited I've found something that is so easy to use. I'm not techy and have been able to work out in one day how to upload classes, pictures, get customers onto the system and start making money - even in my trial period. I love the info I can see about my customers bookings and the scheduling of classes. And it links easily with zoom too! I know how to cancel things and edit a customer package... and it's fairly intuitive. Just dig around and look. You soon find the thing you need.

Cons:

Working out whether I need a class pass, a bundle or a membership is still a bit foggy for me. There are videos explaining which does what - but thinking it through in terms of what MY actual business needed was harder. Luckily the help / chat team were patient when I asked lots of questions. It's linking your strategic structure to the pass / bundle / membership that feels a bit complicated. So I started simple with a 5 class bundle then I'm going to expand from there. There are videos - but it's not as good as chatting to someone about what you want your business to achieve and which is the best model. A half hour help chat / webinar on this would be useful sometime!

Comments: Exact experience, only reason leaving I am closing down the business

Pros:

I used gymcatch for my business. It was easy to use and easy to keep in touch with clients. Had all of their information all in one place and you can text and email from there.

Cons:

Nothing really, I found the experience very good

Comments: Especially during Covid we were restricted with numbers allowed in the gym at any one time and GymCatch was an excellent tool to control this.

Pros:

Very easy to set up from a business point of view and have found by customers feedback they found it very easy to interface with the software.

Cons:

Nothing to dislike abut this software as it fulfilled our needs brilliantly.

From Mindbody to GymCatch

Comments: They have saved me a fortune and their customer service is always there. Perfect small business or private studio or PT app.

Pros:

The effectiveness for the price is incredible. Does everything I need my business to do. Really happy I made the switch.

Cons:

They are constantly evolving and adapting to the point I can’t really fault them at this stage. We all want the stars, but in general they keep it coming. Last update and features has elevated my Members’ experience.

A great booking system for my classes

Comments: Very good customer service and how they are always looking to improve, add and stay up to date with their system to make it better for customers. Easy for clients to use and has the features I need.

Pros:

The integration of Zoom so clients can book everything in one place. Memberships and passes to offer. Easy for clients to use.

Cons:

You have to sometimes go forwards and back to find what you are looking for. On demand I do not use and have to use a different way to get on demand videos to clients as this doesn't work for me on GymCatch as too complicated and not easy for clients to access. Sending YouTube links has been easier for me. It would be good if there was a portal or easy access area for clients who are on a specific membership or want to purchase on demand, to access recorded content.

Brilliant entry level

Comments: Gymcatch is brilliant at what it does and is not expensive. Great value for money. I would recommend it to anyone. Easy to sign up and use and easy to cancel if you need to. Great for start-ups. Check it has all the functionality you need.

Pros:

Gymcatch is an easy system to implement and use. Great for small gyms, studios and PTs. Customers soon got used to using the system and app. Gymcatch is excellent value for money with a great support team. Instant answers and advice via the online chat system.

Cons:

In terms of managing our class bookings and payment Gymcatch is absolutely brilliant. Only moved away because we wanted more functionality, especially marketing and campaigns management within the same tool.

Comments: I’ve enjoyed the time with gym catch but it was hard to set up and I’ve spent a lot of time chatting to online help.
I haven’t added demand yet so I hope that’s easy.

Pros:

Feels fun and modern Like that it’s a growing company The people are really helpful in the chat when you can’t work something out.

Cons:

Calendar integration not great sends double one that’s cancelled so you calendar is a mess. No name on booking in the calendar . No reminder text sent to clients . Not designed for 1-1 bookings PT. Want to reach out for help in the evenings and weekends but gym Catch closes. Vids on YouTube are fast and bit quick to follow. Bit expensive as most people need all the add on’s to compete with other booking systems. Would like more templates on offer.

Pros:

Value and functional use. it gives a premium feel to members that they have own app

Cons:

The fact I cannot add any other products I sell through my studio which you could with Mindbody. Should be easy to add!

Very easy to use & value for money

Pros:

It's easy to use and create templates for class & appointments. It really is a inexpensive booking system that integrates well. The app is good too and my clients find it easy to to use as well.

Cons:

The app is missing 1 feature that irritates me and that is the ability to add clients from my followers and deduct from their passes and the opposite. Cancel clients off and remind their passes. It can be diwn on the desk top version which means I have to get out my laptop or even go through their website on my phone.. but it's a minor inconvenience.

The best deal around

Comments: great!!

Pros:

I really like using Gymcatch for my virtual yoga business. It's easy to use and has all the features I need to manage class scheduling, student packages, payment processing, attendance and more. One of the best features of Gymcatch is the customer service. The response is always fast and thorough. I am very happy with the software and the service.

Cons:

Some of the navigation is a little clunky, but that's about the only thing I would like to see improved.

My Life has been made a lot easier with Gymcatch

Comments: It has been the best investment I have made. It has reduced my time spent on administration by hours.
My students have taken to it very easily.
Knowing how many people are attending the class in advance.
Monies being paid directly via Stripe into my account.
Very good support from the Gym catch team

Pros:

The ability to manage my classes and know how many people are booked on each session. Managing class sizes - post Covid. PARQ forms - Waiver forms - Completed information at the touch of a button

Cons:

The ability for a student to book multiple classes at once.

Great for organising my group classes and 1:1 appointments all in the same app

Comments: Has made my life much easier! I love it!

Pros:

It has all the features I need to run my business - group classes in different venues and online and 1:1 appointments - all from one app. I like the customer service, I like that it is British and I love that compared to other similar products it has a great price with optional bolt ons. I love that I have everything at my fingertips on my mobile, class registers, client management, the schedule. It is a really nifty and helpful tool for any fitness business small or large.

Cons:

The only slight issue I have is with older clients not getting on with the app - but then these people wouldn't get on with any app. Would prefer that more options were included in the basic price but it is still good value.

Cons:

Running custom reports, Attendance tracking, customizing the packages to include custom color graphics, cant track using 3rd party analytics, can't control who is not allowed to purchase passes, cant create a free class for new members...
