Great sales pitch but pretty bad follow-through. Felt like we were left hanging once we signed. > > Great salespeople - terrible service once you sign on. \[sensitive content hidden\] was super knowledgeable and helpful throughout the sales process and they claim to be integrated with Rippling, which is why we went with them. Once we signed, we got assigned \[sensitive content hidden\] to onboard us. She was very unprofessional from the beginning. It's now been 3 payroll periods and our 401k is still not working. After the 2nd failed pay period we got on a call and they took all the blame, admitting to their mistakes and outlining how they would fix them. Now after the 3rd failed attempt they're just blaming it on Rippling and our payroll team despite us repeatedly asking them if there’s anything else we needed to do on our end and them assuring us everything was in order. I would expect their onboarding team (\[sensitive content hidden\] to work with customers to make sure things work, rather than shifting the blame to others. Shockingly, Vestwell does not integrate with Quickbooks Desktop (not exactly rarely used or niche accounting software). This means fully automated, error-free processes that had run smoothly for 15 years were now ENTIRELY MANUAL. I am expected to run Excel reports and cut \& columns of data.
