> **Pros**: Reliable and Multi-functional, Hanzo gives us more than just a compliance tool.  Our new sites use JS frameworks to load heavy data pages, no other archive service could crawl and archive these pages as pixel perfect as Hanzo.  We switched to them after we launched the new sites and never looked back.

> **Cons**: Save to PDF functionality needs work, sometimes long pages can be a problem.

> Customer service is top notch, but we never have issues.  The support team at Hanzo is always adding value and keeping us informed.
