This enabled the business to focus on marketing and the IT team to focus on creating custom signatures. ----- ### "Easy to manage and great customer support" — 5.0/5 > **Karl** | *17 September 2026* | Telecommunications | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Exclaimer makes it easy to centrally manage email signatures across our organisation and keep everything consistent with our branding. Once everything is set up, it requires very little to no day-to-day management and changes can be rolled out quickly across all users. The support has also been very helpful when we’ve needed it. > > **Cons**: The subscription price has increased each year, so the ongoing cost is probably the main downside for us. It would be good to see more competitive pricing or loyalty discounts for long-standing customers. Another issue is that our company logo isn't as high-quality as we'd like. > > Overall, we’ve had a very good experience with Exclaimer and have been using it for several years. It does what we need it to do and makes managing company-wide email signatures straightforward. We recently worked with Yin Wai Yeung on our renewal and our move from our legacy plan to the Standard plan. Yin was helpful throughout, answered our questions clearly and made the renewal and upgrade process simple. We also agreed on a renewal price that worked for us, which we appreciated. ----- ### "Great Signature Manger" — 5.0/5 > **Austin** | *14 September 2026* | Mechanical or Industrial Engineering | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Setup and connections to this was easy to use. Works exactly as advertised and integrates seamlessly with Azure / M365 / Outlook. > > **Cons**: We have multiple locations and need location information displayed correctly for our users. For some reason we had a minor issue of having to re-create a signature group. We weren't clear if it was something on our end, the O365 connector or the Exclaimer Signature group but with Exclaimer quick help we were able to resolve the issue. > > Positive overall.
