> **Pros**: none,  nothing good about this company software nor all the staff.

> **Cons**: this channel manager zuzu hopitality provide very bad support, they have 0 knowledge in the industry. they unable to help increase sales and pushing the ranking in agoda or booking.com. their finance department keep issuing wrong invoice and did not pay comission to booking.com. their whatsapp support down for more than 4 months. they will make your sales down and when you request terminate contract, they will charge you penalty fees and hijack your admin account in booking.com let u unable to sell the rooms before pay penalty. they dont care your business die or unable to run, their objective is to charge your penalty fees. this is how they earn. dont trust this company, never sign up with them.

> they promised able to push the ranking up in \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and increase sales. where in fact they cant. their technical support knows nothing and  have 0 knowledge . do not waste time with them, when you request to terminate the contract due to under perform, they will hijack your admin access, stop your business and force you to pay penalty fees. this is how they earn money.
